Balsamic Vinaigrette Coleslaw
Example: serves ___ 1/2 cup servings
16 oz bag Coleslaw Veggies *** change this out
12 oz bag Rainbow Salad Mix *** change this out
1/4 C white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar(PRFM)
1/2 C sugar(PRFM)
1 Tbsp olive oil (PRFM)
1 Tbsp spicy mustard ?
1/4 tsp salt (PRFM)
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper (or 1/2 tsp if you don't like a peppery bite)(PRFM)
Instructions
Combine the vinegars, sugar, olive oil, spicy mustard, salt and pepper in a small saucepan
and bring to a gentle rolling boil, stirring frequently until the sugar is dissolved
.
Place this mixture aside and allow to cool.
Pour the vinaigrette over the coleslaw veggies and place in the fridge to chill for a
couple of hours before serving.
